Aaron joins the Three Rivers Golf Club staff with a lifetime of experience as a golf professional. He is a graduate of the Methodist University Professional Golf Management Program and has 27 years of experience instructing as an Assistant and Head Pro.

Aaron is widely regarded as one of the top club fitters and builders in the industry and has experience fitting for almost every major manufacturer. Aaron brings his unique talents as a teacher, fitter, & builder to Three Rivers Golf Club.

Carmen joins Three Rivers Golf Club with more than 40 years of golf experience and has been teaching the game since 1986. He currently serves as the Director of Instruction at Frosty Valley Golf Links and Monongahela Valley Country Club. A 2-time All-American at Gannon University, Carmen has earned a reputation as one of the region's premier golf instructors. His accomplishments include being named the TSPGA Teacher of the Year (2010) and the TSPGA Cleveland/Srixon Player of the Year (2025). A PGA Member since 1992, Carmen specializes in a skills-based approach to instruction, helping golfers of all abilities improve their game."
